Mount Kenya Climbing Packages
Mount Kenya (5,199m) is Africa’s second-highest mountain and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its snow-capped peaks, glacial valleys, and alpine moorlands offer world-class trekking experiences. The most popular summit, Point Lenana (4,985m), is achievable by fit hikers without technical climbing equipment.
Climbing Routes
Sirimon Route
The most popular and driest route, approaching from the northwest. Gradual ascent through bamboo forest and moorland. Best for acclimatization. 4-5 days recommended.

Title sponsorAlumni Golf Challenge
We are the title sponsor this year.
Golf is part of who we are, so we put our name behind the Alumni Golf Challenge. Want more golf after the day? Tell us when you are free. We book your tee time at Karen, Muthaiga or Vipingo Ridge and sort the transfers and the stay.
Chogoria Route
The most scenic route from the east, with stunning views of Lake Michaelson and the Gorges Valley. More challenging but spectacularly beautiful. 5-6 days recommended.
Naro Moru Route
The shortest and steepest route, including the famous “Vertical Bog.” Direct but demanding. 3-4 days minimum.
What’s Included
Our packages include park fees, experienced mountain guides, porters, all meals on the mountain, camping equipment, and return transport from Nairobi. We ensure proper acclimatization schedules to maximize your summit success. Combine with a safari to Ol Pejeta, Samburu, or the Masai Mara after your climb.
Best Time to Climb
January-February and July-October offer the driest conditions. The mountain is climbable year-round but rain and cloud are more frequent in April-May and November.
